Del Mar College Music Department Holiday Spectacular: Tuesday, November 24, 7:30 p.m., Richardson Performance Hall. Under the direction of Children’s Chorus artistic director Ouida Bliss Richardson and Del Mar College director of choral activities Dennis S. Richardson, the College’s community ensembles––the Del Mar Master Chorus and Del Mar Children’s Chorus––presents a concert featuring a variety of holiday and seasonal selections such as “Silent Night,” “Sussex Carol,” “I Heard the Bells,” “Festival Magnificat,” “Cornish Wassail” and “Zol Zain Sholem.” Christmas Spectacular Thursday, December 17, 2009 6:15pm - 8:00pm St. Christopher's By-The-Sea Episcopal Church, Portland, TX Please come gather in the spirit of Christmas with friends and family as we celebrate this Christmas season. Four or five local church choirs will be gathering with a hired string quartet for a night of beautiful music and singing in the midst of decorations and candles. A social snack and drink will follow, available to all guests. This is FREE! |
